Speaker of the Week – Jes Rutter – Energy & Education Connected Conference
We are excited to announce this week’s speaker of the week is Jes Rutter from JRP Consulting – Jes Rutter will be presenting on Behavioural Change in one of our afternoon sessions.
What skills, tools and processes move an organisation from current state to the desired behavioural state? How can understanding behavioural change impact energy use and support organisations to develop a new approach which helps to reduce energy consumption and their bills in the process.

About Jes
Jes is Managing Director of energy and sustainability specialists, The Green Consultancy (a wholly owned subsidiary of JRP Solutions Ltd) and a recognised UK expert in improving the effectiveness of energy use.
Much of Jes’ 33 years in energy management has focused on the analysis, effectiveness and improvement of energy generation and use.
Jes also has a deep understanding of energy and facilities contract management and uses his unique expertise to develop and negotiate outsourcing and in-sourcing strategies for an impressive portfolio of blue chip clients.
Jes was invited by DECC to contribute to the Government’s development of energy efficiency policy for business and has given many presentations for DECC and others on the topic of ESOS, energy management and behavioural change.
