Can food be made out of thin air?
A new kind of natural protein has been created!
Made from CO2 and renewable electricity, the new protein is said to be 100 times more climate friendly than meat and 10 times better than plants.
This discovery was unveiled by Solar Foods CEO and Co-Founder Pasi Vainikka. He continued on to state that it could revolutionise the food chain as we currently know it.
In addition , he suggested that the product may even be on the shelves as early as next year!
