TEC MSA Achieves Level 4 CIPS Diploma
TEC’s Member Services Advisor Paula Ponting has achieved her Level 4 CIPS Diploma
“Last year, I made the decision (with support from the TEC Team) to enhance my learning and professional growth by pursuing a qualification in procurement and supply. I have been with TEC for almost 8 years and during that time I have been involved in two framework tender exercises but wanted to gain a qualification to enhance my experiences so far. In February 2022, I embarked on my journey towards achieving the CIPS Level 4 Diploma, and I am delighted to announce that after 13 months, I have successfully passed! Balancing work, personal responsibilities, and learning has been a challenge, but it is one that I take great pride in having accomplished.
Gaining my level 4 CIPS diploma has provided me with additional expertise and capabilities to fully support TEC and its members in one of our key core services as procurement and supply professionals. I look forward to getting stuck into the next ITT for frameworks starting October 2024.”
