Tom has direct experience working in manufacturing, consultancy, oil and gas and higher education sectors, as well as non executive leadership experience. With a focus on delivering holistic sustainable improvements to business and public sector organisations since 2003, Tom facilitates the development of business wide projects including: low carbon spend to save investments; mechanical and electrical systems improvements; sustainability standards certification; waste management; travel planning; social engagement and behavioural change.
Tom focusses his attention on developing and refining a comprehensive skillset appropriate to delivery of sustainability within business. He supports his practical experience with a range of professional qualifications. Tom is a Chartered Environmentalist and full member of IEMA, an Energy Institute European Energy Manager and holds a CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting.
