TEC Strike Gold for the Second Time
We are delighted to announce that following the completion of the Investors in People assessment process, we have been awarded the Gold standard accreditation for the second time! Only 17% of organisations achieve this so we are extremely proud to have maintained our Gold standard.
The assessor was very impressed with many aspects which demonstrated the great work and our on-going progression. Some examples of these were; our clearly defined values which are at the forefront of what we do, keeping up to date with policies and procedures including the impact of Covid-19 and developing succession planning.
Richard Murphy, MD of TEC, said: “I am exceptionally proud of my team and what we have achieved. It has been a challenging year but we have all adapted to the new way of working and made some big accomplishments during this time. I want to thank the team for all of their on-going efforts and being awarded the Gold accreditation for the second time really is recognition of how our people are at the heart of all we do at TEC and what we achieve.”
