TEC Q1 Non-commodity briefing and Executive Summary

You will see references to the Targeted Charging Review (TCR), the work to implement Ofgem’s reform of network charging arrangements under TCR is nearing completion. The first of these reforms will be implemented in April. As charging is becoming more known, TEC have been carrying out impact analysis at a member level and will share this in the run up to our webinar on the Targeted Charging Review on the 10^th February 2021 (further details will follow). The change is having a mixed effect with some considerable swings either way from current charging which is why TEC are staying on top of it all as time progresses.
