Andy joined TEC from one of the “Big Six” suppliers, where he spent nearly 14 years in a commercial analytical environment.  Role responsibilities included ensuring validity & analysis of industry charges; analysis, reporting & management (e.g. Metered Volume Reallocations) of supplier level volume positions as well as the assessment and implementation of industry changes for the department.

Later projects included looking at how the billing vs settlements discrepancies (Settlement Gap) could be resolved, the viability of implementing “Smart” Tariffs for residential customers and directorate external service provision of commercial risk management solutions to small suppliers.
